Darren Trivett

CEO

Darren, a graduate of Bristol University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, has been working in the underfloor heating industry for over 20 years. Darren started Timoleon in 2008, growing the company to over 60 people over 3 locations. In 2017, Darren gained his MBA with Exeter University. Recently, Timoleon was restructured, forming Ridgespear, part of a strategy to expand the business into different industry sectors and territories.

John Trenell

Commercial Director

John is responsible for the commercial direction of the business and is currently the chairman of the BEAMA.

Andy Gaydon

Chief Operating Officer

In his current role, Andy is responsible for all operational functions of the Ridgespear business and leads the manufacturing operation. Andy brings with him extensive experience in both practical and systems based operational practice along with pioneering manufacturing knowledge.

Craig Parker

Business Development Director

Craig is responsible for business development within the Ridgespear business along with technical product innovation and performance.

Matt Fairweather

Chief Marketing Officer

Matt is responsible for marketing for the groups customer facing brands. Matt’s exposure in senior and executive roles spans over 10 years and diversifies across retail, consulting, construction, FMCG and manufacturing. Matt has served as a senior leader in a number of large and well known organisations.
